"Road Synchron":

Use this card with Forbidden Chalice so that you can have Level 4 Tuner that does not have its Level decreased when used as a Tuner for the Synchro Summon of a Synchro Monster other than Road Warrior.

You can use it's Level decreasing/increasing effect to satisfy the amount necessary for any Synchro monster,as long as they don't have any particular Tuner monster needed,like Revived King Ha Des.

Use cards that can make this card attack multiple times during the same turn if you want to Summon a Level 8 Synchro monster,other than Road Warrior.The most well-known are Double Attack and Twin Swords of Flashing Light - Tryce.

Note that this card need only attack, not actually destroy anything. It might be wise to use Waboku to negate the damage.

Activate Scapegoat just before your opponent ends his/her turn.In this way,you will satisfy both conditions for the number of monsters and the amount of Level needed for the Summon of Road Warrior.

Use Summoner Monk effect to Special Summon Road Synchron to get a Level 6 Synchro monster.
