Taigo Sorano 「空野大悟」 is the highest-ranking second-year Obelisk Blue Student. He duels Jaden Yuki in the Graduation Duel, and loses. After the duel, he is apparently defeated and possessed by Trueman, and his body is used to defeat Tyranno Hassleberry and Syrus Truesdale, among other Duel Academy students, and lock them in Nightshroud's World of Darkness.
It is revealed before he dueled Hassleberry that Sorano was one of his first friends at the academy.
Deck
He uses a Horus Decree Lock Deck, which was and continues to be a fairly standard lockdown strategy. His best card is,Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8
