The World Duel Carnival (WDC[1]) is a future duel tournament to take place in Heartland being planned by Mr. Heartland. It is really a plan designed by him and Dr. Faker to find "Numbers" holders so that Kaito Tenjo can hunt them more efficiently. If the latter wins the tournament, they will gather most of the "Numbers" cards.[2] Many strong Duelists from around the world will take part in the tournament.[1] It is possible that Rokujuro or Yamikawa will participate.[3]
The World Duel Carnival is set to start in episode 26.
