The Flute of Summoning Dragon is a Normal Spell Card that allows the user to Special Summon two Dragon-Type monsters from their hand, and is especially useful in getting out Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Red-Eyes B. Dragon, or other high level Dragon monsters. Also, you can use this card if your opponent has Lord of D. on the field and you don't, since the card only says it has to be on the field, not on YOUR side of the field.
