- Seto Kaiba used this card during his tag duel with Yugi Muto against Umbra and Lumis, his duel with Ishizu Ishtar, his Battle City duel with Yugi and his second duel with Alister.
- This card could Tribute all of the opponent's monsters and did not require the player who activated it to skip his/her Battle Phase. In addition, summoning a monster with this card was counted as a Special Summon.
- In the original anime, this card was called "Cross Sacrifice" (クロス・サクリファイス) instead of "Cross Soul".

- Houten and Ida use this in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Stardust Accelerator.
