Joey Wheeler summons "Little-Winguard" against Weevil. When Joey uses this card to attack "Larvae Moth" equipped with "Cocoon of Evolution", Weevil activates "Insect Barrier" and comboed that with "Parasite Paracide" and "Reckless Parasite", preventing this card from attacking. Joey switched this card to Defense Position as a result of this. Joey later switched this card to Attack Position to get Weevil to attack with "Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth". This plan succeeds and "Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth" was destroyed. Weevil later attacks and destroys this card with "Insect Queen".

In episode 63, this card appeared on the screen of the laptop that Kenta was using when he was trying to let Serenity Wheeler know how the Duel between Joey and Weevil was going.

Joey Sets this against Mako Tsunami, but Mako destroyed it with "The Legendary Fisherman".

Joey summoned this card against Odion Ishtar. He attempted to play "Giant Trunade" after summoning enough monsters to take out Odion's Life Points, but Odion countered with "Judgment of Anubis", negating "Giant Trunade" and destroying it. After that happens, "Judgment of Anubis" destroyed all of Joey's monsters and inflicted half their ATK as damage to Joey.

In episode 86, this card appears in Joey's thoughts when he formulates a winning strategy.

In episode 104, this card can be seen when Joey is shown building his Deck for his duel with Johnson.

Joey summoned "Little-Winguard" against Johnson. Joey then used "Flame Swordsman's" Deck Master ability to give it 300 more ATK. This card then attacks and destroys Johnson's face-down "Skelengel", activating the latter's Flip Effect which allowed Johnson to draw a card. On Joey's next turn Johnson payed 1000 Life Points to use "Judge Man's" Deck Master ability to destroy all of Joey's Monsters and inflict 500 damage to Joey for each monster destroyed.

This is one of the five monsters Joey summoned to keep Gansley, Crump, Johnson, and Leichter busy while he, Serenity, Duke, and Tristan try to escape. This card is destroyed by Johnson.

In episode 124, this card is shown in a flashback that Joey has when he remembers all the Duelists he faced on his way to the Battle City Finals.

This card was seen again when Joey dueled against Yami Marik. This card was summoned in Defense Position and was then destroyed by "Legendary Fiend" after its own effect powered up its ATK. This also activated "Coffin Seller"'s effect, inflicting 300 points of damage to Joey.

When Joey dueled Kaiba in Battle City, he summoned this and attempted to equip it with "Legendary Sword" but Kaiba used "Absorb Spell" to change "Legendary Sword's" target to his "Blade Knight". On Kaiba's turn he activated "Enemy Controller" to take control of "Little-Winguard and activated "Cost Down" to reduce the level of all monsters on his field and hand by two. With that done, he then tributed this card to Summon "Blue-Eyes White Dragon".

Joey Wheeler summoned this in Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: Pyramid of Light while dueling an anonymous kid. Joey would tribute this card, his "Rocket Warrior" and his "Baby Dragon" to Summon "Gilford the Lightning".

In the Grand Championship, Joey played this against Apnarg Otum (Solomon Mutou). This time it was treated as an Effect Monster When Joey's attempt to use "Swordsman of Landstar" to destroy "Wandering Mummy" with the help of his dice cards failed, he used this card's effect to switch it to Defense Position. Apnarg later destroyed it with his "Ancient Giant".

When Jonouchi dueled Pete Coppermine, Jonouchi played this in Defense Position. Coppermine took control of it with "Mutant Mindmaster" and tributed it to Summon "Saint Knight Isaac".

A Ra Yellow student summons this card during his duel against an Obelisk Blue student in episode 157. As soon as it was summoned, the Obelisk Blue student activates "Trap Hole", destroying this card.
