The Yu-Gi-Oh! Dungeon Dice Monsters promotional cards are a set of artwork cards included with the video game Yu-Gi-Oh! Dungeon Dice Monsters in Japan. These artwork cards are not OCG or Dungeon Dice Monsters cards.
Features
There are three artwork cards, all of "Dark Magician Girl", each available as both Secret Rare and Ultimate Rare.
- The card with a pink background features the only OCG artwork that had been released at the time.
- The card with a blue background features a brand-new artwork, which would first be printed in the OCG in Structure Deck: Yugi (released June 28, 2001).
- The card with a green background features an artwork adapted from the announcement for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters III: Tri-Holy God Advent Official Tournament Street Duel Legend of Power prize card (the actual prize card had a different artwork). The artwork of "Dark Magician Girl" used in the Dungeon Dice Monsters video game was adapted from this artwork.
All cards have the same backing. The backing is a red-tinted variant of the TCG/OCG backing with the Japanese Yu-Gi-Oh! Dungeon Dice Monsters logo in the center. The backing has a copyright notice along the bottom starting in the lower left corner: ©高橋和希 スタジオ・ダイス／集英社・テレビ東京・NAS ©2001 KONAMI (©Kazuki Takahashi - Studio Dice/Shueisha, TV Tokyo, NAS ©2001 KONAMI) followed by a boxed "NOT FOR SALE" in the lower right corner. The Konami logo, in a larger font, is printed centered above the copyright notice. The placement of the Dungeon Dice Monsters and Konami logos corresponds to the Japanese backing of Dungeon Dice Monsters cards.
Breakdown
Each copy of the game comes with all three artwork cards: two with their Ultimate Rare foil and one with its Secret Rare foil.
