In episode 31, Camula uses this card during her Duel against Dr. Crowler. She Special Summons this card by banishing "Vampire Lord" from the field. This card then gains 200 ATK due to the effect of "Vampire Bat". This card then attacks and destroys "Ancient Gear Golem". This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.

In episode 32, Camula uses this card during her Duel against Zane Truesdale. She Special Summons this card by banishing "Vampire Lord" from the field. This card then attacks one of Zane's "Cyber Dragons", but Zane activates "Attack Reflector Unit" to Tribute a "Cyber Dragon" and Special Summon "Cyber Barrier Dragon". A replay then occurs and Camula uses this card to attack "Cyber Barrier Dragon", but Zane uses "Cyber Barrier Dragon's" effect to negate the attack. On Zane's next turn, he activates "Photon Generator Unit" to Tribute his two remaining "Cyber Dragons" and Special Summon "Cyber Laser Dragon". Zane then activates "Cyber Laser Dragon's" effect to destroy this card.

In episode 33, Camula uses this card during her Duel against Jaden Yuki. She Special Summons this card by banishing "Vampire Lord" from the field. She then activates "Genesis Crisis" to add "Ryu Kokki" from her Deck to her hand. She then discards "Ryu Kokki" to activate this card's effect, Special Summoning "Zombie Werewolf" from the Graveyard. Camula then activates "Giant Trunade" to return all Spells and Traps on the field to their owners' hands. This in turn sends Jaden's set card back to his hand. This card then attacks and destroys "Elemental HERO Tempest". "Zombie Werewolf" then attacks directly, but Jaden remained standing after the attack which Camula could not understand why as his Life Points should have hit 0. Jaden then reveals that the set card returned to his hand was "Insurance" which gave him 500 more Life Points before this card destroyed "Tempest" in battle. Camula then reactivates "Genesis Crisis" and uses its effect to add "Despair from the Dark" from her Deck to her hand. Later Jaden's "Elemental HERO Shining Flare Wingman" (whose ATK was 3100 due to its own effect) attacks and destroys this card. Since this card was destroyed, "Genesis Crisis" is destroyed. Since "Genesis Crisis" was destroyed, "Zombie Werewolf" is destroyed with it. "Shining Flare Wingman" then inflicts damage to Camula equal to this card's ATK, winning Jaden the Duel.

This monster's attack name in the dub is Crimson Storm, while it is called Hell Vicious Blood in the original.
