OCG Rulings
- The "When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can target 1 Level 9 monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target." effect is a Trigger Effect. (This effect targets 1 Level 9 monster in your Graveyard.)[1]
- The "Level 8 or lower monsters cannot attack the turn they are Normal or Special Summoned." effect is a Continuous Effect. (Detaching 1 Xyz Material from this card is a cost to activate this effect.)[1]
- The "Level 8 or lower monsters cannot attack the turn they are Normal or Special Summoned." effect is also applied to Level 8 or lower monsters that have been Normal or Special Summoned this turn before this card.[1]
