TCG Rulings

• You count the number of "Fortune Lady" monsters you control when the effect resolves. This includes "Fortune Lady Wind."

• If the number of Spell and Trap Cards your opponent controls is less than the number of "Fortune Lady" monsters you control when you Summon "Fortune Lady Wind", you cannot activate its effect.

• This effect does not target. You choose which cards to destroy when resolving the effect.

OCG Rulings

• The effect that destroys Spell/Trap Cards your opponent controls is a Trigger Effect. (It does not target.)

• This effect destroys a number of Spell/Trap Cards your opponent controls equal to the number of face-up "Fortune Lady" monsters in your Monster Zones when the effect resolves. (You cannot activate this effect if your opponent controls fewer Spell/Trap Cards than the number of face-up "Fortune Lady" monsters in your Monster Zones.)

• If this card’s Level is 12, the effect to increase its Level will not activate during the Standby Phase.

OCG Rulings

• The effect that changes this card's ATK/DEF is a Continuous Effect.

• The effect that increases this card's Level is a Trigger Effect. (It does not target. It activates once during each of your Standby Phases.)

• Q: If "Fortune Lady Earth" etc. changes its Level by its own effect, and its effects are negated by "Skill Drain" or "Forbidden Chalice", does its Level return to its original value?

A: If "Fortune Lady Earth" etc. is affected by the effect of "Skill Drain" or "Forbidden Chalice", its Level returns to the original value listed on the card.

• Q: If the Level of "Fortune Lady Light" is already 12, does the effect that increases its Level activate during your Standby Phase? Also, can its Level be increased to 13 or higher by other card effects?

A: Even if the Level of "Fortune Lady Light" is already 12, the effect that increases its Level activates during the Standby Phase of your turn. However, since its Level is already 12, the process that increases its Level is not applied. Also, even if its Level is already 12, its Level can be increased to 13 or higher by other card effects such as "Synchro Boost".
