OCG Rulings
- The "negate the effects of all other face-up cards currently on the field, until the End Phase, also your opponent cannot activate the effects of cards on the field this turn." effect is an Ignition Effect. (Detaching 1 Xyz Material from this card is a cost to activate this effect.)[1]
- The "●" effect is an Ignition Effect. (Tributing 2 monsters you control is a cost to activate this effect. You can also Tribute face-down monsters.)[1]
- The "●" effect can only be activated during the Main Phase 1. (However, it cannot be activated during the first turn of the first player.)[1]
