- One of the best ways to Summon this card is to Summon "Number 53: Heart-eartH" and then destroy it yourself with a Spell or Trap Card such as "Galaxy Storm" after all of its Xyz Materials have been detached. By destroying "Number 53: Heart-eartH" yourself you can Summon this monster quickly and efficiently.
- You can detach all Xyz Materials from "Number 53: Heart-eartH" by using "Oni-Gami Combo," then destroy it with "Galaxy Storm" or "Raigeki Break" to special summon this card.
- This card works greatly well with "Xyz Tribalrivals":
- While having 2 or more Xyz Materials, it will not be destroyed by card effects, so you will be able to keep on using its banishing effect; when it have only 1 remaining Xyz Material, that card won't protect it anymore, which is good, once when destroyed while having an Xyz Material attached to, its self-Special Summonig effect will activate and it will return to the field with a huge ATK boost.
- These cards also get along as "Tribalrivals" destroys the monsters "Number 92" battles, so when it attack a strong monster, it will not only deal a heavy damage, but also destroy the attacked monster.
- You can easily Xyz Summon this card by using "Galaxy Queen's Light" to make any low Level monster you control Level 9. An easy example is using "Mystic Tomato" to Special Summon "Yubel" while "Level Eater" is in your Graveyard. Summon any monster whose Level is lower than 9, reduce the Level of "Yubel" to 9 to Special Summon "Level Eater", then use "Galaxy Queen's Light" to make them all Level 9 to Summon this card.
- You can Summon this card in one turn by using "Galaxy Queen's Light" to Summon this card in a Laval deck. First activate "Molten Conduction Field" to send 2 "Laval Magma Cannoneer" and 3 "Laval Volcano Handmaiden" to your Graveyard. Then activate "Rekindling", Special Summoning all five of them. Tune the "Laval Magma Cannoneers" with 1 "Laval Volcano Handmaiden" into Level 9 "Mist Wurm". Then use "Galaxy Queen's Light" to make the remaining two "Laval Volcano Handmaidens" Level 9, and Overlay all 3 for "Number 92".
- This can also be done in a "Photon" Deck after using the effect of "Photon Satellite" on "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" or "Photon Caesar".
- Special Summon "Yubel" and activate "Inferno Reckless Summon", and then activate "Level Tuning" to make all 3 Level 9.
- Normal Summon "Debris Dragon" and use his effect to Special Summon "Yubel" from the graveyard. Activate the effect of "Level Eater" in your graveyard, changing "Yubel's" Level to 9. Then target "Yubel" with "Galaxy Queen's Light" to make all your monsters level 9 in order to XYZ summon this monster.
- A "Hieratic" Deck can be used to Summon this card by Summoning any "Hieratic" Dragon-Type monster then Tribute it to Special Summon a Level 4 Dragon-Type Normal monster from your Deck with its ATK reduced to 0. Then Normal Summon "Hieratic Dragon of Eset" by its own effect. Now you have two monsters with 1000 or less ATK points to activate "Tannhauser Gate" to make both monster's levels 9. Activate "Hieratic Seal of Supremacy" to Special Summon a "Hieratic" Dragon-Type monster to the field. After that, activate "Eset's" other effect to target a Dragon-Type Normal monster you control and make the Levels of all "Hieratic" monsters you control become that target's Level. Now you have 3 level 9 monsters to Xyz Summon "Number 92".
- Equip this card with "Heart of Clear Water" to help protect it from Spell and Trap Cards and monster effects that designate a target to destroy.
- An effective technique is to use "Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth" to Special Summon 4 Level 4 WATER Fish-Type monsters, then activate "Lemuria, the Forgotten City". Since you have 5 WATER monsters on the field, their Levels will increase by 5, giving you 4 Level 9 monsters. You can then Overlay 3 of them for "Number 92".
- Another effective method of Summoning is to use "Amores of Prophecy" to Special Summon "Hermit of Prophecy" and use "Inferno Reckless Summon" to Special Summon 2 more, then activate 3 "Spellbook" Spell cards. Each time you activate a "Spellbook" Spell card, "Hermit of Prophecy's" Level increases by 2, bringing their Levels to 9.
- Or, alternatively, Normal Summon "Hermit of Prophecy" when you have 3 other Spellcaster-Type Monsters, activate 3 "Spellbook" Spell Cards and then use "Galaxy Queen's Light" to Tribute "Hermit of Prophecy" and make the Levels of the other three Monsters 9.
- Another effective method of Summoning is to use "Amores of Prophecy" to Special Summon "Hermit of Prophecy" and use "Inferno Reckless Summon" to Special Summon 2 more, then activate 3 "Spellbook" Spell cards. - To set up a massive ATK bonus for when this card is destroyed and Special Summoned by its own effect, use "Soul Release" or "Big Burn" if possible.
- Use "Celestial Transformation" to Special Summon "Moisture Creature" with 1400 ATK, then use "Inferno Reckless Summon", so you have 3 Level 9 monster to Xyz Summon this card.
- You can use "Abyss-squall" to Special Summon 3 Level 7 "Mermail" monsters, then use "Mermail Abyssmander"'s effect from your Graveyard to increase their Levels by 2 and Xyz Summon this card.
- You can use "Message in a Bottle" to Special Summon 3 monsters with different Levels from your Graveyard that include one Level 9 monster, then use "Galaxy Queen's Light" or "Star Light, Star Bright" to make all three Level 9 and Xyz Summon this card.
- If you have 2 other monsters on the field when Special Summoned the 3, you will be able to Xyz Summon "Number 9: Dyson Sphere"; if your opponent controls a monster with more than 2800 ATK, "Number 9" will be able to attack directly, and if you attack that monster with this card, you will deal at least 5650 damage to your opponent — considering that the minimum ATK of the opponent's monster is 2850.
- You can also Summon this card with the effect of "Number 53: Heart-eartH" and then activate cards like "Overlay Regen", "Overlay Eater" or "Xyz Unit" to give it more Xyz Material to use for its effects.
