In the Japanese games, it is described as:
Mineral water extracted from groundwater. It has a clear taste, and is completely free from impurities.
地下水 から汲 み上 げたミネラルウォーター…不純物 を含 まないクリアな味
Mineral water pumped up from deep underground. Has the right amount of minerals to be good for the human body.

Acquisition
Like all present items, Water can be obtained in all games from the Item Machine or be given by characters upon entering an area, in Tag Force 4 by talking to Nervin, in Tag Force 5 and 6 by talking to Zora.
