- "Dragong" and "Poki Draco" appear in this card's artwork.
- An "uradora" (or "reverse dora") is an additional "dora" indicator in Japanese Mahjong that is accessed by a player completing their hand after declaring "riichi". The "dora" is a special tile worth extra points in the game of Japanese Mahjong. Specifically, it is the tile that is one higher than the "dora indicator". For example, if the indicator is "3 of circles", then the dora is "4 of circles".
- The Types of monster required for this card's additional draw effect (Dragon, Dinosaur, Sea Serpent, or Wyrm) are a portmanteau of "Dragon" (Doragon) and "Dora", as all 4 of these Types are named as different kinds of "Dragon" in Japanese.
- This card is a parody of "Dora of Fate".
