The Stainless Steel Egyptian God Cards Sweepstakes awarded 3000 Ultra Rare copies (2000 for North America and 1000 for Europe) of "Black Luster Soldier", printed in Japanese as a Normal Monster with the Series 1 layout without a Card Number.
Players could enter the sweepstake by purchasing the Stainless Steel Egyptian God Cards between December 15, 2023 and January 9, 2024. In North America, players could also enter the sweepstake without purchasing the Egyptian God Cards by mailing to the appropriate address their name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and email address.
In Europe, "Black Luster Soldier" was shipped together with the Egyptian God Cards.
