Major Events
- Not an official Battle City Duel.
- Whoever wins gets the other player's Millennium Item. The loser is sent to the Shadow Realm.
- Yami Bakura Duels with regular Marik by his side.
- Many abilities of The Winged Dragon of Ra are revealed.
- As the player's Life Points decrease, they lose a portion of their body.
- Bakura loses, but isn't sent to the Shadow Realm because of the Millennium Puzzle playing host to a portion of his soul.
Duel Recap
- Bakura draws, Set one card face-down and Summons Goblin Zombie.
- Marik draws, Sets a card, and Summons Drillago. He attacks Goblin Zombie. Bakura activates Fearful Earthbound, but Marik destroys it with Remove Trap. Goblin Zombie is destroyed and Bakura loses 500 Life Points.
- Bakura draws, Sets two cards, and Summons Gernia in Defense Position.
- Marik draws and activates Card of Sanctity. Bakura activates Multiple Destruction, requiring both players to discard their hand and draw 5 new cards, but Bakura loses 100 Life Points for each discarded by the effect. His Life Points drop to 2900. Then Marik Sets a card.
- Bakura draws and Tributes Gernia to Summon Puppet Master. He then uses its effect, paying 1000 Life Points to Special Summon Headless Knight, Goblin Zombie, and The Earl of Demise from his Graveyard. However, they cannot attack. Bakura then activates Dark Designator to add The Winged Dragon of Ra to Marik's hand. He then activates Exchange to take The Winged Dragon of Ra from Marik while Marik takes Monster Reborn.
- Marik draws and activates Vengeful Bog Spirit.
- Bakura draws and Tributes his three monsters to Summon The Winged Dragon of Ra, but Marik activates Joyful Doom, taking away all their ATK and adding the total to his Life Points, which now rise to 8550. Ra, on the other hand, has 0 ATK because the three Tributed monsters had 0 ATK. He switches both of his monsters to Defense Position (switching Ra would be illegal as he Summoned it that turn).
- Marik draws and destroys Puppet Master with Drillago.
- Bakura draws and Tributes The Winged Dragon of Ra to Summon Dark Ruler Ha Des. He then removes three Fiend-Type monsters from his Graveyard to Special Summon Dark Necrofear, then activates Premature Burial to Special Summon The Earl of Demise from his Graveyard while his Life Points drop to 1100. However, due to Vengeful Bog Spirit, the cannot attack.
- Marik draws and activates Monster Reborn to Special Summon Ra from the Graveyard. He then uses Instant Attack and Point-to-Point Transfer, allowing Ra to attack this turn and paying all but 1 of his Life Points to increase its ATK to 8549. He attacks, destroying all of Bakura's monsters and wiping out his Life Points.
