Yu-Gi-Oh! GX[edit]

  • In episode 100, Sartorius uses this card during his Duel against Aster Phoenix. He Tribute Summons this card by Tributing "Arcana Force VII - The Chariot" and a Moon Token. This card then begins to rotate. It lands upright, so Sartorius, during his End Phase, can send two monsters he controls to the Graveyard to skip Aster's next turn. This card then gains 500 ATK due to the effect of "Arcana Force IV - The Emperor". After "The Emperor" and "Arcana Force XVIII - The Moon" attack and destroy "Destiny HERO - Dunker" and "Destiny HERO - Defender" respectively, this card attacks directly, but Aster activates "D - Fortune" to end the Battle Phase. Sartorius then sends "The Emperor" and "The Moon" to the Graveyard to skip Aster's next turn. Since "The Emperor" was removed from the field, this card's ATK decreased to its original value. This card then attacks directly. In the next episode, Aster activates the effect of "Destiny HERO - Doom Lord" to Banish this card for two turns. On Aster's second Standby Phase after the activation of "Destiny HERO - Doom Lord's" effect, this card returns to the field. After Aster Special Summons "Destiny HERO - Plasma", Aster activates the latter's effect to equip this card onto "Plasma", increasing its ATK by half of this card's ATK and granting "Plasma" all of this card's effects. After "Arcana Force EX - The Light Ruler" destroys "Plasma" in battle, this card is destroyed.
  • In episode 103, Sartorius uses this card during his duel against Jaden Yuki. He Tribute Summons this card by Tributing "Arcana Force VI - The Lovers" (who counted as two Tributes for the summon of an Arcana Force monster). This card then begins to rotate. Sartorius then uses the second effect of "Light Barrier" to make this card land upright. This means that Sartorius, during his End Phase, can send two monsters he controls to the Graveyard to skip Jaden's next turn. This card then attacks and destroys "Elemental HERO Shining Flare Wingman" (whose effects were negated due to "Light Barrier"). The final effect of "Light Barrier" then activates, increasing Sartorius's Life Points by "Shining Flare Wingman's" original ATK. After Sartorius summons "The Emperor" and the latter gains its Heads effect, this card gains 500 ATK. This card then attacks and destroys "Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird". The final effect of "Light Barrier" then activates, increasing Sartorius's Life Points by the original ATK of "Air Hummingbird". After "The Emperor" destroys "Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin" in battle, this card attacks directly, but Jaden activates "Hero Signal" to summon "Elemental HERO Clayman". A replay then occurs and Sartorius uses this card to attack and destroy "Clayman". The effect of "Arcanatic Doomscythe" activates, inflicting damage to Jaden equal to "Clayman's" ATK. The final effect of "Light Barrier" activates, increasing Sartorius's Life Points by "Clayman's" ATK. After "Elemental HERO Sparkman" destroys "The Emperor" in battle, this card's ATK decreases to its original value. Later this card attacks and destroys "Sparkman". Jaden then activates "Hero Counterattack" to make Sartorius choose one card in his hand. If it's an Elemental HERO, then he can summon it to the field and destroy one monster on Sartorius' field. Jaden then reveals that he only has one card in his hand, which is "Elemental HERO Neos" (much to Sartorius' shock). Because of that, this card is destroyed and Jaden Special Summons "Neos" to his side of the field.
  • In episode 105, this card appears in a flashback Chancellor Sheppard has when he thinks that it was Jaden's pure Duel-loving heart that saved the world from Kagemaru and the The Light of Destruction.
  • In episode 171, during Jaden's duel against Sartorius, Sartorius was forced to send this card from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard via the effect of "Sowing of the Fool".
