In episode 134, Yami Yugi uses this card during his Duel against Seto Kaiba. After Kaiba Fusion Summons his "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon", Yami Yugi activates this card to activate the Spell Cards that Kaiba activated this turn as his cards. First, Yami Yugi uses the effect of "Monster Reborn" to revive "Buster Blader" from the Graveyard. Next, he uses the effect of "Polymerization" to fuse "Buster Blader" with "Dark Magician" in order to Fusion Summon "Dark Paladin".

Yami Yugi uses this card during his Duel against Anubis (originally he was facing Seto Kaiba, but Anubis interrupted the Duel close to the end and took over). He uses this card to discard "Exchange" and activate the "Monster Reborn" in Kaiba's Graveyard as his card, allowing Yami Yugi to revive Kaiba's "Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon" under his control.

In episode 6, Titan uses this card during his Duel against Jaden Yuki. He uses this card to discard "Archfiend's Oath" and activate "Emergency Provisions" from Jaden Yuki's Graveyard as his card, allowing Titan to send a face-down card to the Graveyard and gain 1000 Life Points.

In episode 19, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Dimitri while the latter was using Yugi Muto's Deck. He uses this card to activate the "Polymerization" in Dimitri's Graveyard as his card, allowing Jaden to fuse "Elemental Hero Avian" and "Elemental Hero Burstinatrix" together and Fusion Summon "Elemental Hero Flame Wingman".

In episode 21, Bastion Misawa uses this card during his Duel against Jaden. He discards this card in order to activate "Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell". In the next episode, this card is shown as one of the ten cards that are piled on top of "Carboneddon" in Bastion's Graveyard.
- In the first above-mentioned episode, another copy of this card can be seen in Bastion's Deck while he is searching it via the effect of "Hydrogeddon".

In episode 96, this card is shown in Dr. Eisenstein's hand during his duel against Jaden. He draws this card and "Non-Fusion Area" via the effect of "Brain Dragon". Eisenstein then uses the effect of "Brain Dragon" to place this card and "Non-Fusion Area" on top of his Deck in the order he chooses. He chooses to place "Non-Fusion Area" on top of his Deck and place this card as the second card on top of his Deck.

In the non-canon duel World Championship 2016 Special: Yugi vs. Kaiba, Yugi uses this card against Kaiba by discarding "Makiu, the Magical Mist" to activate "Card of Demise" from Kaiba's Graveyard, and draw until he has 5 cards in his hand.
