Card Appearances:Infernal Incinerator
- In episode 12, Chazz Princeton uses this card during his Duel against Bastion Misawa. He Tribute Summons this card by Tributing "Chthonian Soldier" (who had 2000 ATK due to it being equipped with "Chthonian Alliance") and discarding every card in his hand besides this card. Since Bastion had three monsters on his side of the field and Chazz had no other monsters, this card gained 600 ATK. This card then attacks "Hydrogeddon", but Bastion activates "Amorphous Barrier" to negate the attack and end the Battle Phase. After Bastion activates "Bonding - H2O" to Special Summon "Water Dragon", this card's ATK decreases to 3000. Since this card was a FIRE-Attribute monster, "Water Dragon's" effect decreases this card's ATK to 0. "Water Dragon" then attacks and destroys this card, winning Bastion the duel.
- In episode 82, this card appears in a series of flashbacks Bastion has when he wonders why the Society of Light didn't challenge him despite him being a strong Duelist.
- In episode 122, Chazz uses this card during his Duel against a Duel Ghoul. He discards this card in order to activate "Tribute to the Doomed". Chazz then activates "Premature Burial" to Special Summon this card from his Graveyard. He then activates "Megamorph", equipping the latter to this card and doubling its ATK. This card then attacks directly, winning Chazz the Duel.
- In episode 129, Chazz uses this card during the Battle Royal between Jaden Yuki's friends and the Duel Ghoul army. He summons this card in response to Bastion summoning "Water Dragon". It then relentlessly attacks Jaden's friends and their monsters, creating many explosions. This card was destroyed at an unspecified point, but it was most likely destroyed before "VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon" and "Ancient Gear Golem" were summoned.
- In episode 155, Yubel uses this card during her duel against Jaden Yuki. After Yubel activates "Chain Material" to allow her to banish monsters in her field, hand, Deck, and Graveyard and use those monsters as Fusion Material Monsters when she performs a Fusion Summon this turn, she chooses twelve monsters (which were this card, "Grave Squirmer", "Giant Germ", "Chaos Core", "Phantom of Chaos", "Dark Summoning Beast", "Maju Garzett", "Lava Golem", "Infernal Flame Emperor", "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms", "Gate Guardian", and "Yubel - The Ultimate Nightmare") each with a consecutive Level from 1 to 12 from her field and hand as Fusion Material Monsters for "Super Fusion God". Yubel then activates this card to banish her twelve selected monsters from her Deck and field in order to Fusion Summon "Super Fusion God" (whose Summoning would unite the twelve dimensions into one), but Jaden activates "Spiritual Fusion" and selects to use "Super Polymerization" to fuse his soul with Yubel's. By doing this, Jaden frees Yubel from the Light's influence and unites her with the Supreme King forever.
