- In episode 60, Akiza Izinski uses this card during her Ground Duel against Misty Tredwell. She draws this card via the effect of "Witch of the Black Rose". Since this card was a monster, "Witch of the Black Rose" is not destroyed. Since this card was added from Akiza's Deck to her hand by a card effect, she Special Summons it from her hand. Akiza then tunes this card with "Witch of the Black Rose" in order to Synchro Summon "Black Rose Dragon". In the next episode, Akiza banishes this card from her Graveyard in order to activate the second effect of "Black Rose Dragon".
- In episode 99, Akiza uses this card during her Turbo Duel against Andre. She draws this card via the effect of "Witch of the Black Rose". Since this card was a monster, "Witch of the Black Rose" is not destroyed. Since this card was added from Akiza's Deck to her hand by a card effect, she Special Summons it from her hand. After Akiza activates "Speed Spell - Angel Baton", she tunes this card with "Witch of the Black Rose" in order to Synchro Summon "Black Rose Dragon".
