OCG Rulings

• "During your opponent's turn: You can Tribute this card from your hand or face-up from your side of the field; neither player can banish cards for the rest of this turn (this is a Quick Effect)." effect is a Quick Effect that activates from the field or hand. (This effect does not target. It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.)

• "During your opponent's turn: You can Tribute this card from your hand or face-up from your side of the field; neither player can banish cards for the rest of this turn (this is a Quick Effect)." effect can be activated even if the effect of "Macro Cosmos" is being applied. Furthermore, this card is banished since it is Tributed as a cost to activate this effect.

• The "During your opponent's turn, when this Set card in the Spell & Trap Card Zone is destroyed and sent to your Graveyard" effect is a Trigger Effect. (This is a mandatory effect. It will activate even during the Damage Step.)

• If multiple copies of this card Set in your Spell & Trap Card Zone are destroyed simultaneously and sent to your Graveyard during your opponent's turn, their "Special Summon it." effect will activate in a chain.

• The "You can Set this card from your hand to your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Spell Card." effect of "Artifact Moralltach" cannot be negated by "Skill Drain". (It can be Set while "Skill Drain" is being applied.) Also, the "During your opponent's turn, when this Set card in the Spell & Trap Card Zone is destroyed and sent to your Graveyard: Special Summon it." effect cannot be negated by "Skill Drain". (This effect will activate while "Skill Drain" is being applied, and it will be Special Summoned.)
