OCG Rulings

• This card targets 1 face-up Xyz Monster on the field.

• You can also target 1 face-up Xyz Monster your opponent controls.

• When "Overlay Regen" resolves, even if the targeted Xyz Monster is in face-down Defense Position, "attach this card to it as an Xyz Material." is still applied.

• If "Overlay Regen" is activated by targeting a monster affected by "Forbidden Lance", since that monster is unaffected by the effects of other Spell Cards, "attach this card to it as an Xyz Material." is not applied, and "Overlay Regen" is sent to the Graveyard.

• If "Overlay Regen" is targeted by a "Mystical Space Typhoon" activated in a chain, since "Overlay Regen" is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, "attach this card to it as an Xyz Material." is not applied.

• If "Overlay Regen" is targeted with the effect of "Double Spell", the effect of placing that card under a targeted Xyz Monster can be applied. Also, the targeted "Overlay Regen" is placed as an Xyz Material under 1 Xyz Monster on the field. Furthermore, "Double Spell" itself is not treated as an Xyz Material and is sent to the Graveyard when the effect resolves.

• If "Overlay Regen" is sent to the Graveyard by the effect of "Destiny HERO - Diamond Dude", during the Main Phase of your next turn, the effect of "Overlay Regen" cannot be activated.
