OCG Rulings
- The "When you Xyz Summon: You can Special Summon this card from your hand." effect is a Trigger Effect that activates in the hand.[1]
- The "decrease its Rank by 1, also it loses 300 ATK." effect targets 1 face-up Xyz Monster on the field.[1]
- Detaching 1 Xyz Material on your side of the field is a cost to activate the "decrease its Rank by 1, also it loses 300 ATK." effect. (An Xyz Material attached to a face-down Xyz Monster you control can be detached.)[1]
- The "decrease its Rank by 1, also it loses 300 ATK." effect remains as long as that monster remains face-up on the field.[1]
