• This card can be searched by "Black Whirlwind", "Blackwing - Pinaki the Waxing Moon", "Raptor Wing Strike", "Animadorned Archosaur", "Chaos Zone", "Witch of the Black Forest", and other generic searchers.

• This monster can be a quick turnaround if your opponent played "Soundproofed" in the previous turn.

• In a Blackwing Deck, there are many different ways to easily achieve the requirements to Special Summon this card:
  • Summon any Blackwing monster and then Special Summon "Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind".
  • Summon any Blackwing with more than 1200 ATK while you control a "Black Whirlwind". Then search for "Blackwing - Breeze the Zephyr" and Special Summon it.
  • Destroy an opponent's monster with "Blackwing - Shura the Blue Flame" and Special Summon a Blackwing Tuner monster.
  • Summon "Blackwing - Blizzard the Far North" and use its effect to Summon a Blackwing monster from your Graveyard.

• If this card would be destroyed as a result of an opponent's attack, you can Tribute this card with "Icarus Attack" to avoid taking a potentially large amount of battle damage.

• Use this card's effect to banish "Blackwing - Silverwind the Ascendant", as it has the highest ATK of all Blackwing Synchro Monsters.
  • You can combo the aforementioned move with "Blackwing - Sirocco the Dawn" or "Blackwing - Kalut the Moon Shadow" to deal a large amount of damage.
  • You can also use its protective effect to prevent the destruction of a Blackwing.

• Remove "Blackwing - Vayu the Emblem of Honor" and another non-Tuner Blackwing monster of Level 5 or higher for this card's summoning cost. Then, you can use "Burial from a Different Dimension" to Special Summon a Blackwing Synchro Monster using "Vayu's" effect.

• Use "Swallow's Nest" and tribute this card to Special Summon "Earthbound Immortal Aslla piscu".

• Use "Necroface" so that any card banish because of "Aurora" will be usable again.

• You can use both "Honest" or "Blackwing - Kalut the Moon Shadow" to protect this card.
• Paired with "Level Lifter", this card can be used to bring out Rank 10 Xyz Monsters, such as "Raidraptor - Ultimate Falcon".
