- Note: This card's effect continues to apply while it is face-up on the field.
- This card can be useful against a Deck that specializes in one Type, or an Archetype that has similarly Typed monsters, like "Blackwing" (Winged Beast), "Elemental HERO" (Warrior), "Chronomaly" (Rock), etc.
- Use this card in combination with "DNA Surgery".
- Use this card in a "Chaos Dragon" Deck: Special Summoning 2 "Lightpulsar Dragons" and overlay them to Xyz Summon this card.
- This card works well in a "X-Saber" Deck: Special Summon 2 "XX-Saber Faultroll" to Xyz Summon this card. "XX-Saber Hyunlei" can be useful as well, after activating its effect, overlay it with 1 "Faultroll".
- Use this card to get rid of opposing monsters that can't be destroyed by battle.
Traditional Format[edit]
- This card works well in a "Chaos Dragon" Deck: use "Future Fusion" to dump at least 2 "Lightpulsar Dragons", then Special Summon both of "Lightpulsar Dragons" and overlay them to Xyz Summon this card.* This card works well in a Zombie Deck: use "Future Fusion" + "Superalloy Beast Raptinus" to send two "Il Blud" from your Deck to your Graveyard, revive one of them with "Book of Life"/"Swing of Memories"/"Silent Doom"/etc and Gemini Summon it (or use "Supervise"). Use its effect to revive the other "Il Blud", Xyz Summon this card and use its effect selecting the Zombie-Type. Activate "Zombie World" (can be used with "Demise of the Land") and this card will destroy any face-up monster that it battles (also, it will be easy to revive this card with "Zombie World" + "Il Blud"/"Book of Life"/etc).
