I want to step up--98.173.35.18 (talk) 20:15, June 4, 2013 (UTC)

I do not think that is exactly a creative concept, to be honest. There's plenty of "Celestial" cards in existence.--Hawk00Refferencer (talkcontribs) 20:36, June 4, 2013 (UTC)
Celestial Sword - Eatos, Celestial Transformation, Celestial Dragon, and Celestial Sign - so yea, not gotta happening. --iFredCat 21:31, June 4, 2013 (UTC)
So renaming it should not be a problem, but... I really can't tell how the mechanic works. Or how it's so much different from anything else in the game. Can you please explain again? --Hawk00Refferencer (talkcontribs) 22:07, June 4, 2013 (UTC)
From what I can understand on his idea; Banished the ~ monster from the field to Special Summon other ~ monster from the Extra onto the Field, using 1/2/3 monsters with same type, ignored Level. It "Rank" part would not be specify same or different, like "Number 39: Utopia" into "Number C39: Utopia Ray": same Rank Stars or special artistic of "Rank" change, like "Number 39: Utopia" into "Number C39: Utopia Ray Victory": which increased 1 Rank from former into the current one. If we have to "banish" the former one to Special Summon the second one.
"Materialise" is like "Instant Fusion", which Special Summon the ~ monster from Extra Deck, in same fashion as "Fusion Summon" without "Polymerization". So yea, insane idea. --iFredCat 22:26, June 4, 2013 (UTC)
More information from above;
"Celestial" - Navy Blue Border monsters
"Rank" - Blue Bordered Yellow Star (unknown of how to make it exact same way as Ritual Requirement or as Xyz Requirement)
ATK/DEF - quite highly
Summon Form: "Awaken" or "Evolve" - Banished 1/2/3 monsters with same Type OR Attribute from the field to Special Summon the "Celestial" monster onto the field from the Extra Deck
"Materalise" is the Spell Card, similar to "Instant Fusion", to Special Summon the "Celestial" monster with a price of Life Points oppose to price of the Monsters banished by this way

>Awaken
>Evolve
Duel Masters called, they want their keywords back. --Gadjiltron (talkcontribs) 01:32, June 5, 2013 (UTC)
Yea... that's why we need something different to do. Also, Magic the Gathering owned "Evolve" word, as since of Simic Guild has coming to existence. --iFredCat 01:58, June 5, 2013 (UTC)
Duel Masters did have Evolution creatures from their second set onwards, so that predates MtG's Evolve in Gatecrash. --Gadjiltron (talkcontribs) 12:18, June 5, 2013 (UTC)
If I may still contribute to this conversation, may I just say that you can't have a new kind of monster that has "high ATK/DEF". If it's a new class (and I'll ask if we can use that term later), then shouldn't it include strong as well as weak monsters? Not all Fusion, Synchro and Xyz monsters are powerful. Baby Tiragon is quite weak, so are Fusionist, and for example Turbo Cannon. A new class should not include monsters that are better than any before, but that are different from them. Calling them Celestials also speaks against this, it's just not right for a new class to instantly be classified as something that's instantly better. Synchros included the importance of level and Extra deck summoning as part of a mechanic rather than a card effect. Xyz monsters' new introductions are Overlay units/Xyz materials and ranks instead of levels. And Conve- no wait, that class doesn't exist yet. But these "Celestials", they all say they're "god-like", instantly means there's no weak or basic units, which simply seems braggy. A new class should be as balanced and humble as everything else. Also, the name should be something more original. Some kind of name that bites on, something that you can say out loud and finish the sentence with "so cool", something when you say out loud only that one kind of monster comes to mind. It must also include a mechanic of sorts, something new and innovative. This is why it's difficult to create a new class.
By the way, I'm using the term "class" to define a trait of monsters that are seperated by their card-color and game mechanics, so now the classes include Normal, Effect, Fusion, Ritual, Synchro, Xyz and Cryp- no wait, that's just mine. So you get what I mean, is this okay?--Hawk00Refferencer (talkcontribs) 09:38, June 5, 2013 (UTC)
