A non-competitive scene such as a small town neighborhood gives one the opportunity to be a little more liberal with their Deck choices than if they were going to fare against the 'professionals' of modern Dueling. With this in mind, I decided I'd skip the Metagame, already creating a Deck revolving around my favorite type, so now I wanted something else that was totally original and no one else had.

I thought of trying several different Archetypes, and almost thought I'd settled on Lightsworns, yet a last-second decision made me take another passing glance at the Allure Queens. For some reason I just find her appearance, concept and pseudo-Relinquished effect so attractive. In some aspect, it's like the Yugioh equivalent of Pokémon's 'Attract' move...Except, of course, she can also attract females, dragons, beasts, and zombies...Hurr.

Anyway, I tried to base my Deck off of the recommended cards on the Archetype's page, but with a little more emphasis on redirecting attacks instead of giving the enemy monsters for me to steal back. I didn't see too much benefit in including the Marauding Captain - the lock-down potential and chance of double summoning Warriors might be nice, but in the end it is not he nor the bodyguards that need protection.

I put Magical Citadel(s) in my Deck and some Crusaders so that Defender can further help his fellow monsters protect their trophy boss while she's weak and helpless (Which I'm sure will be very often).

However, I learned from my Reptilianne days not to put all my eggs in one basket, no matter how much support I have. So instead of parading this femme-fatale around the battlefield in the face of nasty Traps and annoying phazers, I thought I'd slip in a few XYZ Monsters just in case. Otherwise, I just put in the staple Magic and Trap Cards.

Of course, this will be just a starting point for my future Deck development. I've already bought most of these cards, so once I play with this Deck some more and see what works and what doesn't, I will make the necessary changes. I also obviously want advice on how to make this Deck better (Or at least, as good as I can get while preserving my star player!)
