1) If I draw/add Cyber Dragon/a quick-play to my hand, can I summon it/active it before my opponent actives Drastic Drop Off?-- (talkcontribs) 14:20, April 20, 2011 (UTC)

2) Will I get Forced Requisition's effect when it active or I have to wait until I discard next time?

3) If I active Raigeki Break, target a monster and discard a card while I have a face-up Forced Requisition and my opponent only have My Body as a Shield in his hand, will he have to discard it before he can active it?

4) If my opponent draw a card outside his Draw Phase while I have a face-up Appropriate, can I active Forced Requisition Drastic Drop Off (or not because the last thing happen is I draw 2 cards)?

5) If my opponent discards Archfiend of Gilfer while controlling Forced Requisition, will Archfiend of Gilfer's effect missing the timing because the last thing happen is I have to discard a card?-- (talkcontribs) 14:20, April 20, 2011 (UTC)

1. Drastic Drop Off is chained to your draw timing, so no chance for "Summon" part though you can play the quick-play spell cards before it got discard. For that point, anyone can correct me if I am wrong about activate in the rely of drop off.
2. Just like Appropriate, once you draw you activate it, then you NOT draw extra anymore. You have to discard other card in order to activate the effect complete next time.
3. Quick-Play Spell can chain, so if it's your turn and he held it, no. If it's his turn and you played the trap, then yes, he can play it. Check the timing careful.
4. "Forced Requisition" is activate only to the effect that discard your hand, not drawn, so no.
5. That's not what I expect to resolve... But I am sure Archfiend still activate since "Forced Requisition" play to your discarding timing. But still, this can be corrected if I am still wrong. --FredCat 14:33, April 20, 2011 (UTC)
2) I thought Appropriate's new lore is "Draw 2 cards", and don't have part "After that, each time your opponent draws cards outside of his/her Draw Phase, you draw 2 cards" anymore?
4) I mean Drastic Drop Off, not Forced Requisition, sorry, bad copy-paste-- (talkcontribs) 14:38, April 20, 2011 (UTC)
Well, I meant by chain to the effect that making your opponent draw then it flip to face-up, it is not able to give you an extra draw at that time. But afterward as it's face-up on the field, you can draw 2 each time your opponent draw. And that make sense, just be careful with what you're posting.
4. Yes, you get it, it cannot chain due to you drawing, not last thing was their draw timing. --FredCat 16:01, April 20, 2011 (UTC)

1) No, drastic drop off is spell speed 3, so you couldn't activate the card to avoid it being discarded. That said, cyber dragon's effect doesn't "activate", and is not an effect you can chain to another card.

2) The opponent will not discard if you activate forced requisition, as the effect reads "After that, each time...".

3) As forced requisition and the discard from raigeki break resolve at the same time, your opponent can chain MBAAS to raigeki break without having to discard.

4) Appropriate does not start a chain after it activates and resolves. Therefore, you can chain drastic drop off to your opponent's draw.

5) No, Forced requisition discards at the same time as the effect that discarded, so Archfiend cannot miss the timing.

Hope this helps Neonian (talkcontribs) 16:49, April 20, 2011 (UTC)

1) If it is during your turn, with Priority, you can activate a Quick-play as Chain Link 1 before Drastic Drop Off can activated. But Summoning is not an action that can be done with Priority.
