Is it possible for Forbidden Chalice to negate flip monster effect after it is face-up by battle? Since it can change ATK so we can active it during Damage Step right? Please clearified this... NoobYugiohPlayerLanspearsaber (talk • contribs) 06:36, November 6, 2010 (UTC)

From the Card Rulings:Forbidden Chalice: "Because it modifies ATK, "Forbidden Chalice" can be activated in the Damage Step, but not during Damage Calculation or any point in the Damage Step after damage calculation."
Flip Monster Effects activate during Sub-step 6 but the monster is flipped face-up during Sub-step 2 of the Damage Step so you can target it. See the Breakdown of the Battle Phase page.-- HHTurtle Talk 06:52, November 6, 2010 (UTC)
