Well, I threw together an Exodia deck a couple days ago, and found that it works quite well. It just seems a bit slow, and I'm not sure what to add to the deck to improve it. Please don't suggest Gold Sarcophagus, as my local hobby shop doesn't sell the new Special Editions yet. Other than that, go nuts with this deck. I'll explain the strategy below.

Well, thats the deck. Essentially, it employs basic stalling cards while also using Apprentice Magician and Mystic Tomato to summon the pieces from my deck, then having Compulsory's, Penguins, or Backup Soldiers retrieve them. CardGamesFTW (talk • contribs) 02:20, October 5, 2010 (UTC)

Ignore colour, they 'only' work as a 'lone ranger', but usually they need to be as fast a possible, so perhaps... - Apprentice Magician don't target LEVEL 3, as Sangan is the one currently. And I think Apprentice searched for "Foolish", which is spellcaster and level 1 (max is level 2, this one is lower) as they are there to reduce the deck space to give you more chance to get Exodia faster. --FredCat Ta.P. • F.P. • J.R. • W.S. • Th.P. 00:02, October 9, 2010 (UTC)

i also think you need to add a side theme and also think about maybe adding a second kaiser collesium. great lightsworn idea but will probably end up being unaffective.
Is Exodius any good?
Check this out… (Not the Traditional Exodia victory)
Hey, pretty good deck. You may want to add 3 "Exodius, the Ultimate Forbidden Lords" to your deck as it increases the odds of you getting a victory through Exodia usage. Also, add a couple "Reload"s in case you go with this and draw Exodias. Still, good deck. Might try it out one day. Also, look for cards that move Exodia to your hand. It is just as good as summoning all 5 pieces. (or it was at one point in time…)
I have an anoying exodia deck non of my friends will play it. it uses Heart of the Underdog as its draw engin and quick play (Reload, Hand Destruction ect.) spells comboing with loads of normal monsters (lv.4 def/2100) to stall.
