I am aware that with a Synchro Monster that is Special Summoned, once it goes to the Grave it cannot be re-summoned by say Monster Reborn, Call of the Haunted etc.
But say you have Special Summoned a Synchro from your Grave or Extra deck, are you still able to use its Effects even though it was not Synchro Summoned? As I heard somewhere that if a Syncrho Monster was not Syncrho Summoned, it could not use its effects at all. Any truth to that? Bring.back.belowski! (talk • contribs) 15:11, January 6, 2015 (UTC)
- Whoever told you that needs to be kicked, hard. since that would kinda make Ultimaya Tzolk'in impossible to use as it CANNOT be synchro summoned (nor are the things IT summons), really make life for Stardusts summoned by Starlight Road hard, and destroy the intended reason behind Number 47: Nightmare Shark having that attaching effect for when Bahamut Shark summons it. I could go on, but I won't
- in short, ya heard wrong and all of those things kinda prove such.

Stardust Dragon not being able to Special Summon itself when Summoned by Starlight Road is likely where the confusion arose if confusion was the issue. Sanokal K-T (talk • contribs) 07:41, January 7, 2015 (UTC)
Awesome! As you guys mentioned it would definitely suck if that was the case. Thanks for the comments dudes! Bring.back.belowski! (talk • contribs) 15:02, January 7, 2015 (UTC)
