i just keep see these articles with people and what they thought was the best card in the game. I just want to know if you could pick one or two cards to make a deck aruoud what would those two be?

Actually, i have two indeed, and i already make a deck for both, they are:

• Beast King Barbaros
• Dark Simorgh

These two cards are the "ace card" of my two best decks, but my favorite will always be Dark Paladin, such as it's name, it's coolest artwork, and my favorite type. Fawlker 17:21, September 24, 2009 (UTC)

My favorite

Okay, most people are probably gonna say their strongest or rarest cards are their favorites, but for me it's different. my favorite card is acctually quite common - Scrap Iron Scarecrow. This Card has saved by butt more times than i can count. i love it (and consequencily my friend hates it. he doesn't have many cards that can desroy spells/traps)

Radion/Celphon FTW

Like the title says, my favourite cards are Morphtronic Celphon and Radion. I like Celphon because of it's effect to special summon other morphtronics. I like Radion's power boost effect, which is awesome.

Hmmm...

Night's End Sorcerer, has my favourite artwork, is my favourite type, opens up synchro summons and has stopped me from getting Judgement Dragon'd and having DAD dropped on my face more times than I can count. Definitely my favourite card. Shuogo 11:13, September 28, 2009 (UTC)

Apart from the obvious JD, the best monster is Rescue Cat. The cutest (almost) and one of the most flexible monster in terms of situation in the game. In a Gladiator Beast deck, he alone (given the perfect conditions) can become 5 monsters. Falzar FZ 11:19, September 28, 2009 (UTC)

Not a card but rather a idea

I would like to make a swordsman deck. Not just a warrior toolbox but rather swordsman exclusive like Mystic and Silent

My Favorite card is Dark Elf while I regard Dark Dust Spirit, Ultimate Offering, Levia-Dragon - Daedalus, Messenger of Peace and Tyrant Dragon as some of my Ace cards, in fact Ultimate Offering is a must in all my decks. I consider the spirits are one of the best archetypes ever. Recently I'm beginning to love Vanity's Fiend HouseholdCatDeity 04:13, October 1, 2009 (UTC)

It's really hard for me to pick an absolute favorite. Genrally speaking, I like Machines, Warriors and Fiends. I'm quite fond of the Gadgets (Red, Green and Yellow), Spell Striker, and Summoned Skull. Emergency Provisions is easily my favorite Spell. 98.77.108.182 05:29, October 2, 2009 (UTC)

My Favorite

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..... this is a hard one. But, I have to go with Orca Mega Fortress of Darkness. I like his effect. When there is a torpedo fish on the field, you can destroy 1 monster. Then, with Cannonball Spear Shellfish, you can destroy 1 spell/trap card. But of course if you wanna use this effect, you have the torpedo fish of the shellfish..............My best card is probably Fog king. I have a water deck, so thats why they're water monster. its my favorite attribute. i am a water guy!!!

I used to be into Water cards too!!, before settling into spirits I gathered a good deal of water monsters, in fact i got asked once "You are something of a water child, don't you?", that's also the reason I use cards like Water Omotics or Hyosube even when they may seem outdated or out of fashion, I just love these!!!!.HouseholdCatDeity 00:27, October 19, 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, Water is getting powerful. I'm a fan of Deep Sea Diva mainly; aside from nice card art, its effect allows the synchro summon of a level 5 monster with literally no set-up; and if you have other monsters on-field you can go higher. Runer5h 01:07, October 19, 2009 (UTC)Runer5h

Yeah Deep Sea divais awesome!!!! It could be used to synchro summon the Sea Dragon Lord Gislinodon. With 5 stars!!! And it s water. Honestly, i hvae the deep sea diva and sea dragon. Well, i got the water structure deck, fury from the deep. that made me love water! And my first ever card was 7-colored fish!!!

When I was new to the game I was looking through my friend's collection and saw the little thing.

Cool artwork. I can just picture the firey little bugger with it's flames getting bigger and torching everything!

As soon as I saw it, I knew I was going to one day base a deck on it.

Quite a few, actually...

OK, so I love "White Magical Hat". It's one of the first cards I ever received, so it's sentimental (yes, cardboard can have sentimental value). "Shapesnatch" is pretty obvious, considering my name. I mean, a mind-controlling bowtie? How devilishly awesome is that? Don't make fun of it; it's only weak because that's the monster it chose to take control of, not wanting people to realize its full potential. If it wanted, it could take on the Earthbound Immortals, Egyptian Gods, Wicked Gods, anything. Crystal Beasts are also great. Crystals are awesome, their effects are exceedingly useful, and "Rainbow Dragon" is just amazingly cool. Shapesnatched 18:05, October 23, 2009 (UTC)
