wouldn't Sky Scourges do well in this type of deck as well? seeing as they're all about light and dark cards - in short you can have a poor-mans version of two of the biggies on the ban list, and the last chaos - as well as having a downgraded Jinzo/spellchanneler? --Sketa 14:33, 21 May 2009 (UTC)

Sky Scourges need Fairy and Fiend type monsters, that are not present in this type of Deck.--LightswornLord 19:24, 8 July 2009 (UTC)

Chaos[edit]

In traditional format, Chaos Emperor/Black Luster (Envoy) would be good for this deck. AZNAce 04:39, 6 August 2009 (UTC)

Mirrors[edit]

Is this deck begging to be countered? Light-Imprisoning Mirror + Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror = no more Twilight Deck. -TehPurpleOne 02:25, October 23, 2009 (UTC)

Light-Imprisoning Mirror + Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror = -6 cards to your deck.Furthermore,almost all decks can be countered with more than 2 cards.--LightswornLord 13:00, October 23, 2009 (UTC)

"Typical" v "Recommended"[edit]

I think we should use label the card list section "Typical cards", not "Recommended Cards", because "recommended" implies that they're suggestions offered by the people who edit the site. (I know that is actually true.) "Typical" implies it's a list of cards people often use. This is an encyclopedia, not a forum, so we should have it appear as though it's a document of existing information, not a list of our own personal suggestions. -- Deltaneos (talk) 14:25, October 23, 2009 (UTC)

Delta you're right, but "Typical" cards are cards peple use, that actually are no more than 42-45,so it would become a Decklist, and of course "recommended" cards are suggestions by certain people, who could suggest anything. That's why in these articles (archetypes) is impossible to post a Decklist because anyone could read it,dislike it and replace it with his own Decklist. So maybe no one would have to delete cards suggested by other people(unless they're preposterous),and everyone could suggest a card.--LightswornLord 14:53, October 23, 2009 (UTC)
I'm not suggesting we make it a Decklist. That would be "Typical Decklist". Similarity "Recommended Cards" does not imply "Recommended Decklist".
Saying "typical" means "these are cards people commonly include in the Deck", but saying "recommended" means "these are cards we suggest you put in the Deck". The latter is wrong because we're supposed to documenting info, not telling people what they should do and not everyone reading this actually wants to make a Twilight Deck, so to them it's not "recommended". -- Deltaneos (talk) 00:56, October 25, 2009 (UTC)
Maybe we weren't clear about something...because someone just added numbers to cards (2x,3x).It was even written on the top of the list of Typical Cards:This is not a Decklist.Don't add multiples or staples.Man...--LightswornLord 09:46, October 26, 2009 (UTC)

Wait, what!?[edit]

I have always known Twilight as being a variant of Lightsworn with DARK monster support added to it. That's also what everyone I've ever talked to has known it as.

I have never heard of Twilight as being a mix of LIGHT Fairies and DARK Fiends. --Riko (talkcontribs) 02:02, January 30, 2011 (UTC)

Same here. It seems like someone decided to change it to a Sky Scourge deck. I think we should revert back to this and move the current stuff to Sky Scourges. -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 02:53, January 30, 2011 (UTC)
I can touch it up when I have the time. I've run Twilight for a while, so I'd say I do have a basic idea of how it's supposed to work. --Riko (talkcontribs) 03:13, January 30, 2011 (UTC)
