DM or Original Dimension?[edit]

time for a debate or somthing would should we call that once united world Original Dimension or Duel Monster Dimension Leo Akaba has mention Duel Monsters many times that episode decide (Clayton Carmine 11:29, October 9, 2016 (UTC))

OE & OEPD[edit]

I know that he is shown using "Odd-Eyes Dragon", should we also list "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" as being a part of his Deck? Not only is OEPD listed in the effect of "Astrograph Magician", but it can also be seen on his Duel Disk just before he fuses himself with his Dragons.

Or was this just an error (as the monster actually shown Summoned was "Odd-Eyes Dragon") and the card on his disk is irrelevant? Maxus1576 (talkcontribs) 03:33, October 12, 2016 (UTC)

Official Sketch[edit]

Hello. I found on this page http://yugioh-arcv.wikia.com/wiki/Zarc/Gallery#Sketches what is said to be an official sketch of Zarc by 1 of the Arc-V animators; Should it be added to the main page, or there's a problem (like no valid source confirming it's official) Imadmagician (talkcontribs) 21:09, October 12, 2016 (UTC)

I'm pretty sure his name is Z-Arc. It makes alot more sense, and that could also be a direct reference to another endboss, Z-One. Now yes, while I do agree with things such as the R argument on the 5D's twins and the double "uu" for all the protagonist names, I feel that Z-Arc makes the most sense. Remember, we've got things like Serena(which became Celina in the dub, farther inforcing the Selena) and Roger(pretty sure it's Roget), but we also have stupid things like our infamous Ute, Hugo and Joeri. Just a two cents.

Zarc's Duel Record[edit]

I've been wondering this for awhile, but shouldn't Zarc's duel record with the Lancers be split apart? --ArcVRains (talkcontribs) 12:52, April 6, 2017 (UTC)

No, because the Lancers all joined the same duel by taking a lifepoint intrusion penalty. (Djstu25 (talkcontribs) 12:57, April 6, 2017 (UTC))

No offense or anything, but I was hoping to hear from an admin. --ArcVRains (talkcontribs) 13:07, April 6, 2017 (UTC)

Admin here. Seconding Djstu, because one cell in a Duel record table is supposed to represent a single Duel. All his opponents just intruded at different times. ChaosGallade (talkcontribs) 14:38, April 6, 2017 (UTC)
I get they were all part of the duel, but the box listing everyone who faced Zarc just feels cluttered. There has to be a more effective way to list off who won or loss. --ArcVRains (talkcontribs) 16:48, April 6, 2017 (UTC)
Yeah, it was technically one duel. Blame AV, we're just documenting what happened. Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 16:27, April 6, 2017 (UTC)
That, and the current way Zarc's Duel table is set is more effective, IMO, as Zarc won against everyone except his last opponents, Ray and Riley. ChaosGallade (talkcontribs) 16:51, April 6, 2017 (UTC)
But wouldn't that apply to 5D's too, with the WRGP duels? I mean, I know the WRGP duels were survival duels and the duels against Zarc were battle royal, but they both more or less follow the same duel format. --ArcVRains (talkcontribs) 23:20, April 6, 2017 (UTC)
Not necessarily. The Battle Royal has the duelists join whenever, while the WRGP enforces a structure. The reason that the Royal continued was because the Duelists continued to join before the others were defeated, technically becoming part of the duel even if they had no effect on the defeat of the current Duelists. Sanokal K-T (talkcontribs) 08:43, April 7, 2017 (UTC)
I still think more could be done on his duel record; to clean it up...mind if I try something with it? --ArcVRains (talkcontribs) 16:26, April 7, 2017 (UTC)
Probably best to try a test on your user page. Sanokal K-T (talkcontribs) 19:41, April 7, 2017 (UTC)
Maybe, but I'm not used to the format when editing and I can't copy it unless I click on edit source, which just leave me with a headache, so I think it would be easier for me if I showed what I meant here instead. --ArcVRains (talkcontribs) 23:29, April 7, 2017 (UTC)
You can go into your preferences and change "Preferred editor" to "Source editor". This way, it will default to the source editor each time you click on "Edit" or the «e» key.
To test your ideas, like Sanokal said, the best would be on a user test page. Try this one, for instance. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 23:40, April 7, 2017 (UTC)
And you can mind your own business. I just said that using source editor leaves me with a headache. --ArcVRains (talkcontribs) 01:20, April 8, 2017 (UTC)
No need to be snappy, Becasita was just trying to help. Aeron Solo wuz here (If you wanna talk) 01:42, April 8, 2017 (UTC)
Sorry, but I didn't like the way she was talking to me. --ArcVRains (talkcontribs) 03:21, April 8, 2017 (UTC)
Well, I misread your message, apparently; My bad on that. I thought you wanted to use the source editor because the other would leave you with a headache. In any case, there's no need to come at me like that. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 10:55, April 8, 2017 (UTC)
I may have overreacted, but I did not like what you added after that. In any case, I just want to hear from either Cheesedude or ChaosGallade about this. --ArcVRains (talkcontribs) 13:59, April 8, 2017 (UTC)
They already stated their opinion and I agree with them for now. Which means three admins and two users (Djstu25 and Sanokal) against one user. You're free to try and test your ideas. But do so in a more private space, please. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 14:05, April 8, 2017 (UTC)
That was when I first asked my question. I want to hear from them, not you. --ArcVRains (talkcontribs) 14:16, April 8, 2017 (UTC)
You need to be more open-minded with other admins here. Anyway, I agree with Becasita; if you want to test new stuff for this wiki, do it on the sandbox link Beca provided for you. ChaosGallade (talkcontribs) 15:00, April 8, 2017 (UTC)
I have no problem being open-minded with other admins, as long as their not keeping score. And that sandbox link was to my homepage, which I don't need a link do as if I have no idea what I'm doing. --ArcVRains (talkcontribs) 16:32, April 8, 2017 (UTC)
Ok look, nobody knows what you know or don't know, especially when you have all of 14 edits here, most of which are literally on this very talk page and around that many or less on other wikis. Bec made an assumption on limited info. It was literally one post. If anything, you're the one who's keeping score, a match which Bec lost the moment she spoke up. So please stop. Aeron Solo wuz here (If you wanna talk) 18:55, April 8, 2017 (UTC)
Was I talking to you? No, so stay out of it. --ArcVRains (talkcontribs) 14:58, April 10, 2017 (UTC)
ArcVRains, I don't know how much you know, but based on your account creation one month and half ago and a small number of edits, I tried to help you the way I did. That link was not to your "homepage"; that link goes to a sub-page under your user space. Your "homepage" (or "user page") is a parent page of that page I linked to. If you want to try something and mess with stuff in a sandbox, you can either use Yu-Gi-Oh!:Sandbox or create one for yourself, under your user space. I just provided you with a link to that, you don't have to use it and I had no idea if you know how to use it or not. Didn't mean to sound condescending or anything, but I remember when I started and all the help was appreciated. So yeah, it was not a link to your homepage, like you said it was.
But we're getting sidetracked here. I'm not "keeping score", but, in a discussion here, like this one, usually, the majority wins (note this is not some axiomatic rule or anything). So, if some people prefer in one way but you prefer it differently and you are not able to convince the other fellows that your view is better, then there's nothing more you can do. It's this simple; it's natural. There's no need to take it personally, or the wrong way, or hold a grudge.
If you have anything more to say to me that has nothing to do with the article this talk page is for, please leave me a message at my talk page. Becasita Pendulum (talkcontribs) 19:13, April 8, 2017 (UTC)
I overreacted, sorry, but that's how it came across as to me. And for the record, I was not trying to convince anyone that my view was better. I was asking if I could try something then get the admins opinion on it. This account is new and I don't have much time to learn how the editing works, so I wanted to show what I meant on the page, then revert it right away so the admins could look it over. That's all. --ArcVRains (talkcontribs) 16:33, April 10, 2017 (UTC)
