Fostony Neoundoya (aka Foster Tony) is an Indonesian guy who loved duel since he was born. He is an adorable one who always hang out with his friends. He is an annoying one because of his overacting image. However, he want to become useful to everyone, so he does anything his best. But, his result always fails. He likes use water deck. He often uses his partner, Gagagigo. He likes him because of it's backstory.

Decks

First time duel, he used a low level monsters. When he was junior High, he met Gagagigo and then he controlled by him, also changed his Astronomy deck into Water themed deck. Altough at end, they become friend. After he become a high school, he created a new deck that contains Crystal Beasts plus Elemental Hero Neos for summoning Rainbow Neos.
