Nightmare's Chains

Activate only when your opponent activates a Trap Card. Negate the activation of that card, and destroy it. Then, select 1 face-up monster on the field. That monster cannot change its battle position or declare an attack. If that monster is the only monster its controller controls, the opposing player can attack that player directly.
