- This card can be searched via "Sangan", "Witch of the Black Forest", "Nova Summoner", "Shining Angel", "Last Will" and "One for One".
- This card's ability is a great way to slow down your opponent from summoning powerful DARK monsters like "Dark Armed Dragon".
- This card would help protect Lightsworn monsters when your opponent uses DARK monsters.
- This card can actually lock down the effect of "Plaguespreader Zombie", keeping it in your opponent's graveyard and unable to be Special Summoned by it's own effect.
- This card works exceptionally well against Blackwings: it can make ATK-boosting from "Kalut" and "Sirocco" meaningless, and more importantly prevent their swarming. In short, this is a very good side-deck card.
- This card can also severely hurt players who use any of the Earthbound Immortal cards. All of them are DARK-Attribute and can be Special Summoned as well as Normal Summoned.
- "Yubels" and its forms cannot be summoned while this card is face up on the field, making its effects worthless when it's destroyed.
- This card can effectively break most modern dragon decks since they rotate around "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon".
