- In general, this card is useful against Decks that rely on key Spell Cards, such as "Blackwing" ("Black Whirlwind"), "Qli" ("Qliphort Scout"), "Fire Fist" ("Fire Formation - Tenki"), "Spellbook" ("Spellbook of Secrets"), etc.
- It is also useful against decks that heavily rely on Field Spell Cards, such as "Crystal Beast" ("Ancient City - Rainbow Ruins"), "Gravekeeper's" ("Necrovalley"), "Dark World" ("The Gates of Dark World"), "Sylvan" ("Mount Sylvania"), "Spellbook" ("The Grand Spellbook Tower"), "Scrap" ("Scrap Factory"), etc.
