- In Chapter 1, Jaden Yuki attempted to use this against Mr. Ryuga, but Ryuga emited an elecromagnetic wave from his ring disabling the Spell Card system in Jaden's Duel Disk.
Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force
- Bawnji uses this in "Tag Force" to Summon "Flame Ghost" and "Zombie Warrior".
