Concentration Duel

A Concentration Duel is a different way of playing Duel Monsters on Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's.

Introduced on Episode 116 by Clark Smith, the Duel follows the same mechanics as that of a normal Duel. However it has a variety of conditions to the game.

These are:

• Both player's Main Decks are spread out face-down on a table. Players do not have hands in this game; they play cards by revealing their face-down cards on the field.

• During your turn, you can declare that you are going to Summon a monster, activate a Spell Card, or activate a Trap Card. Each of those actions can only be declared once per turn.

• If you Summon a random monster or activate a random Spell/Trap, and the timing is incorrect (or the conditions aren't/cannot be met), that card is placed face-down again.
