"Abyss Actor" (魔（ま）界（かい）劇（げき）団（だん） Makai Gekidan) is an archetype of DARK Fiend-Type Pendulum Monsters used by Sylvio Sawatari in Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V. It is supported by the "Abyss Script" archetype, also used by Sylvio.

Playing style

The archetype's playing style relies on taking advantage of Pendulum Summon. Their Pendulum Effects activate by returning Pendulum Monsters to the Extra Deck only to bring them back immediately through Pendulum Summon, while several of their Monster Effects activate based on the number of monsters on the field, which can easily be swarmed by Pendulum Summoning.

The archetype is supported by "Abyss Script" Spell Cards, which can be searched by "Abyss Actor - Superstar" and have varied effects that range from increasing the player's LP to banishing opponent monsters.
