- In Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V episode 98: "Friendship Finale", Jean-Michel Roget plays this card against Declan Akaba. He Fusion Summons this card in Defense Position via "Polymerization" using two "Ancient Gear Soldiers." Roget then equips this card with "Ancient Gear Magic Shield", increasing its DEF to 3000. He activates this card's effect, inflicting 1000 damage to Declan as he controls one face-up Spell Card ("Magic Shield"). During the next episode, "Ancient Gear Magic Shield" has its effects negated by Declan's "D/D/D Cursed King Siegfried," returning this card's DEF to normal. "D/D/D Dragonbane King Beowulf" then attacks and destroys this card, inflicting piercing damage to Roget.
