OCG Rulings
- The "Zombie-Type monsters gain 500 ATK during damage calculation only" effect is applied to both player monsters.[1]
- The "Zombie-Type monsters gain 500 ATK during damage calculation only" effect does not start a Chain Link.[1]
- The "when a card(s) is sent from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard: Target 1 card on the field; send 1 DARK "Vampire" monster from your hand or Deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, destroy that target" effect targets.[1]
- Sending 1 DARK "Vampire" monster from the hand or Deck to the Graveyard is part of the "when a card(s) is sent from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard: Target 1 card on the field; send 1 DARK "Vampire" monster from your hand or Deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, destroy that target" effect. It is not a cost.[1]
Mentions in Other Rulings
- Vampire Takeover: "Vampire Takeover" resolves by activating a "Vampire Kingdom". Therefore, it cannot be activated if "Vampire Kingdom" has been declared by "Prohibition".[2]
- Vampire Takeover: The effect of "Vampire Takeover" activates the Field Spell Card "Vampire Kingdom" when it resolves. If the effect of "Number 16: Shock Master" (declaring Spell Cards) is applying, "Vampire Takeover" cannot be activated.[3]
