- You can send "Fire Formation - Tenki" because you can add 1 Level 4 or lower Beast-Warrior-Type monster only when it is activated. Since it doesn't have any more use after being activated it is a good target to send to the Graveyard, destroying 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls.
