  • It can also be used very effectively if your opponent has taken control of one of your Fusion Materials with cards such as "Mark of the Rose", "Paladin of the Cursed Dragon", etc.
    • Use with "Mystic Box" or "Creature Swap" by giving 1 Fusion Material on your field to your opponent and use it with this card so that your lost will became nothing.
  • With the release of Fusion Monsters that are a combination of Synchro Monsters and other Materials, this card can be used to take advantage of your opponent's monsters after they have been Synchro Summoned.
    • Your opponent's Warrior-type Monsters or Dragon-type Synchro Monsters can be used to fuse for "Dragon Knight Draco-Equiste".
    • Your opponent's "T.G. Hyper Librarian" and "T.G. Wonder Magician" can be used before they can Synchro Summon and have a "Supreme Arcanite Magician" on your field.
    • Since "Fabled" monsters are capable of rapidly Summoning Synchro Monsters and have their effects activated when discarded, this card can be very powerful in a "Fabled" Deck. "Fabled" monsters have their effects activated in a separate chain, so they will resolve normally.
  • One tactic that yourself may like to use with this card is to activate this card as Chain Link 2 when foreseeing your opponent adding another card to the chain which would combo well with Chain Link 1.
    • The effect of "Super Polymerization" will then prevent them from using the second card for their combo.
    • The accumulation of Chain Links can also be stopped to prevent Chain Link Cards, such as "Chain Detonation", from being used.
  • Since this card is a Quick-Play Spell Card, it can be used during your Battle Phase to get an extra hit, or to save your monsters from cards like "Sakuretsu Armor" or "Dimensional Prison".
    • Use this card right after your Fusion Materials have all attacked, attack with your newly Summoned Fusion Monster
    • You can then use "De-Fusion" to get back your Materials for a new set of attacks.
  • Activate "Ojama Trio" and use the opponent's "Ojama Tokens" to Special Summon "Ojama Knight". Alternately, Special Summon two copies of "Ojamagic" with "Magical Hats", and then use them to Special Summon "Ojama Knight".
  • With "Multiple Piece Golem": Since it had "Big Piece Golem" and "Medium Piece Golem", is more than likely that there is "Small Piece Golem" too. Using "Super Polymerization" on this situation will allow yourself to get 4 attacks instead of 3.
    • At the end of your Battle Phase, "Multiple Piece" can be returned to your Extra Deck, allowing yourself to Special Summon "Big Piece" and "Medium Piece" and due to the effect of the latter, maybe even another "Small Piece". Going for a Synchro Summon
  • A great combo is combining this card with "Urgent Tuning" and "De-Fusion" (only use "Urgent Tuning" for a Synchro-Fusion Summon and "De-Fusion" when Fusion Materials needed are in your Graveyard).
  • There is a way to dodge this card when playing against "HERO" Decks: activate "DNA Transplant" and change the Attribute to DIVINE.
