• This card can be searched by "Dogu", "Single Purchase", "Temple of the Kings", "Mystic Tomato", "Chaos-End Master", "Chaos Zone" and "Lucent, Netherlord of Dark World".

• This card can be Tribute Summoned with one Tribute using "Double Coston" and "The First Monarch" or tribute-free with Sinister Yorishiro.

• "Armageddon Knight", "Foolish Burial" or "Dark Grepher" can be used to send this card from your Deck to the Graveyard.
  • Since "Yubel - Terror Incarnate" and "Yubel - The Ultimate Nightmare" can be Special Summoned from the Graveyard (by "Yubel" and "Yubel - Terror Incarnate", respectively), they are good targets for sending to the Graveyard as well.

• "Limit Reverse", "Debris Dragon", "Doom Shaman", "The Shallow Grave" and "Damage Gate" can be used to Summon this card from your Graveyard. Two of these cards also allow you to easily destroy it.

• "Dark Eruption" and "Recurring Nightmare" can be used to add this card from your Graveyard to your hand.

• "Turbo Synchron" can easily Special Summon this card from your hand.

• "Escape from the Dark Dimension" can Summon this card from your Banish Zone.

• This card can be destroyed in many ways allowing you to Special Summon "Yubel - Terror Incarnate". Some of these ways are:
  1. Using the effect of the same card that Summoned it, like "Limit Reverse" or "Doom Shaman". Summon "Yubel" using "Limit Reverse" during your opponent's End Phase, then switch it into Defense Position during your Main Phase. Or Summon "Yubel" by the effect of "Doom Shaman", then tribute "Doom Shaman" in the End Phase to pay "Yubel's" cost. Since "Doom Shaman" leaves the field, "Yubel" is destroyed, activating its effect.
  2. In case of Spell or Trap Cards that destroy the Summoned monster(s) after the card itself is removed from the field (like "Call of the Haunted" or "Safe Zone"), they may be chained to an opponent's card which will remove them from the field, or the player can forcefully remove them with cards like "Double Cyclone" and "Malevolent Catastrophe"
  3. Using the effect of "Chain Destruction" to destroy the other copies of the Summoned "Yubel" in your Deck.
  4. Using an effect that counters "Yubel" and destroys it, like "Doomcaliber Knight" or "Divine Wrath".
  5. Using an effect that destroys all monsters on the field, like "Dark Hole", "Torrential Tribute" or "Black Rose Dragon".
  6. Using an effect that destroys any monster that meets its condition, like "Savage Colosseum", "Ancient Forest", "Needle Ceiling", "Blasting Fuse", "Mormolith", "Exile of the Wicked" or "Earthshaker". "Savage Colosseum" works especially well since it will force your opponent to attack "Yubel - Terror Incarnate" during their turn.
  7. Using the effect of card that destroy the monster(s) you target. like "Tribute to the Doomed", "Shield Crush", "Exiled Force", "Newdoria", "Man-Eater Bug", "Destruct Potion", "Michizure", "Chthonian Blast", "Two-Pronged Attack", "Widespread Dud","Raigeki Break" and "Treacherous Trap Hole".
  8. Using an effect that destroys a card you control, such as "Fire King Avatar Yaksha" and "Thunder Crash".

• Some cards such as "Wild Fire" and "Generation Shift" cannot Trigger the effect of this card, as its effect would miss the timing (its destruction would not be the last thing that happens).

• You can continually Tribute "Treeborn Frog", "Samsara Lotus" or "Black Ptera" to prevent "Yubel" from destroying herself.

• "Hardened Armed Dragon" can be an advantage and disadvantage to this card. If you Tribute Summon "Yubel" using "Hardened Armed Dragon", you don't have to Tribute monsters to make "Yubel" survive, but because it can't be destroyed by card effects anymore, it can't evolve into "Yubel - Terror Incarnate" unless the effect of "Yubel" is negated.

• "Battle Mania", "All-Out Attacks" or "Savage Colosseum" (with "Final Attack Orders" and "Light of Intervention") can be used to force your opponent to enter his/her Battle Phase and attack with his Attack Position monsters.
• After you Special Summoned this card with "Mystic Tomato", "Damage Condensor" or "Damage Gate" in your opponent's turn, simply activate "After the Struggle" in your turn to destroy Yubel and an opponent's monster by attacking him, and then Special Summon "Yubel - Terror Incarnate" with Yubel's effect.

• If you have another monster in your field, you can use cards like:

1. "Taunt", "Staunch Defender", "Dark Spirit of the Silent", "Shift" or "Call of the Earthbound" to draw the opponents attacks to "Yubel".
2. "Raregold Armor" or "Patrician of Darkness" to make your opponent attack only your "Yubel".

• Combo this with "An Unfortunate Report" to double the damage your opponent takes.
• Combo this with "Nightmare Archfiends" to do at least 6000 points of damage to your opponent if he attacks your "Yubel".

Note that "Savage Colosseum" will increase your opponent's life points by 300 for each attack.

• "The Calculator" will have at least 3600 ATK while "Yubel" is on the field.

• "Felgrand Dragon" may target "Yubel" for a 2000 ATK boost.

• Use "Swing of Memories" while "Doom Shaman" is in the graveyard and "Yubel" is either at the hand or graveyard. "Swing of Memories" will let you Special Summon "Doom Shaman" who will be able to summon "Yubel" from the grave. When the turn ends "Doom Shaman" will be destroyed and so will "Yubel" allowing you to summon "Yubel - Terror Incarnate" onto the field.

• If you can't pay the cost, use "A Deal with Dark Ruler" when "Yubel" is destroyed by her own effect.
• This card can be useful for the "Hieratic" archetype because "Yubel" requires a Tribute of another monster to keep it on the field since "Hieratics" have an advantage when they're Tributed.
• Use "Solemn Warning" to negate the summon of "Terror Incarnate". 2000 LP would mean nothing if your opponent Deck is Ruined.
  • Use "Counter Counter" to make sure Your Warning is with green light.

Traditional Format

• This card can be searched by "Sangan", "Witch of the Black Forest" and "Last Will".

• This card can also be Tributed for the effect of "Crush Card Virus", but "Terror Incarnate" won't be Special Summoned.
