  • Coincidentally, this card is the 17th Ghost Rare to be released.
  • This card's English name comes from the mythical sea creature Leviathan, which explains this card's Attribute.
  • This card's Japanese name comes from a combination of the English words "Leviathan", "Vice" and the German word "Weiß" to make "Leveiss".
  • In the anime, when this monster detaches an Xyz Material, it swallows it.
  • "Numbers" take the form of something their original owner desires. In the case of this card's owner, it is to become stronger and more powerful. This resulted in a Dragon-Type monster who can increase its own ATK.
  • This card is the first "Number" that speaks in the the series of Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL, saying "Let the Number take hold".
