Caste Party Format is a Deck format used in some Pegasus Challenge tournaments. It can be run in either Advanced Format or Traditional Format.
In this format, all cards in the player's Main, Side and Extra Deck must be of the same rarity, which one being the Deck builder's choice. Cards with the same name but different rarity cannot be substituted.
Caste Party Format was the official Pegasus League format from October 1 to 31, 2009,[1] using the September 2009 Traditional Format Limited lists.
Rarities[edit]
Players can choose the following rarities:[2][1]
- Common (includes Short Print)
- Rare
- Super Rare
- Ultra Rare
- Secret Rare (includes Prismatic Secret Rare)
- Ultimate Rare
- Gold Rare
- Ghost Rare
- Parallel Rare (includes Super Parallel Rare and Ultra Parallel Rare)
Duel Terminal cards are treated as their base rarities; for example, Duel Terminal Normal Parallel Rare is treated as Common, Duel Terminal Rare Parallel Rare is treated as Rare, Duel Terminal Super Parallel Rare is treated as Super Rare, etc.[1]
