SummaryEdit

It's been one month since Motokariya's admission in the new school, and hence, Tsukinami, the head of the Duel Club, performs a traditional ritual with her - with a Duel!

Featured Duel: Tsukinami vs Shiori MotokariyaEdit

Turn 1: Motokariya
Motokariya's opening hand contains "Gishki Ariel", "Focused Aquamirror", "Gishki Shadow", "Gishki Nekromirror" and "Gishki Photomirror".

At this point, some steps are skipped. Motokariya now controls "Evigishki Neremanas" in Attack Position, as well as "Gishki Abyss" and "Gishki Shadow" in Defense Position. Furthermore, she has "Aquamirror Meditation" face-down on her field, which she Set with the effect of "Focused Aquamirror".

Turn 2: Tsukinami
Tsukinami activates "Preparation of Rites", adding "Ohime the Manifested Mikanko" from his Deck to his hand, and proceeds to activate her effect, revealing herself in the hand; however, Motokariya chains with the effect of "Evigishki Neremanas", returning herself to the hand to negate Tsukinami's "Oohime" and shuffle her back into the Deck. Tsukinami Normal Summons "Ha-Re the Sword Mikanko". Next, he activates the effect of "Brave Beauty of Ruby Regard - Bradamante", discarding herself from the hand to equip "Hare" with "Arabesque of the Mikanko" from his Deck. Since "Hare" became equipped, her effect allows Tsukinami to add "Mikanko Purification Dance" from his Deck to his hand. Tsukinami enters his Battle Phase. "Hare" attacks "Gishki Shadow", with her effect inflicting the damage to Motokariya's LP instead of Tsukinami's (Motokariya's LP: 8000 → 7000). Tsukinami enters his Main Phase 2, and activates the effect of "Arabesque of the Mikanko", Special Summoning "Ni-Ni the Mirror Mikanko" from his Deck and equipping her with "Arabesque", then returning "Hare" to his hand. Next, he equips "Ni-Ni" with "Mikanko Purification Dance" and Sets 1 card.

Turn 3: Motokariya
Motokariya activates "Gishki Nekromirror". Tsukinami chains with the effect of "Ni-Ni", taking control of Motokariya's "Gishki Shadow". "Nekromirror" resolves, and Motokariya Tributes Tsukinami's "Ni-Ni" to Ritual Summon "Evigishki Neremanas", while losing LP equal to its ATK (Motokariya's LP: 7000 → 4000).

Duel continues in the next chapter.
