The August 2003 Forbidden and Limited Lists were Forbidden and Limited lists in the TCG, going into effect on August 25, 2003.[1]
This list updated the previous May 2003 list, changing two cards (one from Limited and one from Semi-Limited) to Unlimited, one card from Limited to Semi-Limited, and adding three cards from the Booster Pack Pharaonic Guardian. This list was followed by the November 2003 Forbidden and Limited List.
